One common learning from all our interactions is the presence and practice of mediation, reflection, and mindset within many cultures. While many cultures offer similar essential practices, each philosophy has its unique orientation; drawing on its own special symbols, stories, and teachings.
There is a common thread on each journey: Gratefulness.

Grateful Space is a way for mediation to be taught, experienced, and practiced. It is a place to experience the spiritual, emotional, and physical benefits of mediation in an atmosphere that is safe, peaceful, and natural. A learning environment. Global instructors gather to guide and teach. There is no desire to change anyone’s style to learn; no conflict with anyone’s beliefs. It is a space to allow a community to thrive.
A space to be Grateful.
The simple practice of gratitude has been scientifically shown to cultivate empathy and mental resilience and to improve sleep, self-esteem, and mental and physical health. Utilizing methods of reflection and mindset changes allow us to find our Grateful Space and cultivate happiness.
